New Career Realism Mod for FC 24.
Features
- Better and more realistic game rating system: Goalkeepers will no longer have a low rating of 5.8 despite making many saves and conceding only one goal. Similarly, players who score a hat trick or more will receive a perfect 10 rating, reflecting real-life scenarios.
- Better and more realistic wages and price tags: Wonderkids and young stars (aged 20-22) are now more expensive, reflecting their potential and market value.
- Better and more realistic retirement system: Players will retire later if they have a high overall rating. Expect retirements after the age of 35, and players with good overall ratings will continue to play until they are no longer effective.
- Better and more realistic costs for scouts: The cost for scouts has been increased to reflect a more realistic financial environment.
- Better and more realistic costs for coaches: The cost for coaches has also been increased for realism.
- Better and more realistic budget growth after every season: The extra money received has been halved to make the game more realistic. To earn more money, players need to participate in the Champions League (C.L.), Europa League (E.L.), achieve a good league position, or sell players. No more excessive free money.
All the financial tweaks are made to make the Career mode harder, but not overly difficult, ensuring it remains realistic and enjoyable without removing the fun factor.
- Better and more realistic standings (simulation mode for matches): Overall ratings and home/away factors now have a bigger impact on match outcomes, leading to more realistic standings. Form still plays a crucial role—losing games repeatedly will have a severe negative impact, as before. To win, maintain good form.
- Better and more realistic morale system for players: Players will be happier when played regularly, boosting their morale. However, if they are not played, their morale will drop as in the vanilla game.
- Realistic sharpness boost on attributes: The sharpness boost is now limited to +5, down from +7. The new scaling is as follows: Sharpness 0-20: +0, 20-40: +1, 40-70: +2, 70-80: +3, 80-90: +4, 90-100: +5. The previous +7 boost was very unrealistic.
- Better and more realistic board morale system: Consistently winning will prevent getting sacked for trivial reasons, such as failing a youth team mission.
- Better and more realistic XP reward system for defenders and goalkeepers: Defenders and goalkeepers now receive a small XP boost (5%-10%) when they make saves, blocks, or tackles. This change addresses the slow growth of goalkeepers and defenders who do not get enough ball time in matches or when playing good defense.
- Better and more realistic youth system: Player traits now depend on their overall rating and potential. There are no more “bodybuilders” in the game. This annoying feature has been fixed.
- Better and more realistic contract negotiations: Players may now ask for slightly more money, and older players may be willing to decrease their salary depending on their declining overall rating.
- More loan transfers.
- Saudi Arabian league now has realistic wages (comparable to the Premier League).
This mod is created to make the game more realistic without making it too hard or easy, or completely overhauling it. You will notice the changes, but they are not extreme, ensuring the game remains balanced, fun, and realistic without being overly arcade-like.
I recommend using this mod with the ”Develop me boss” mod by pup for better experience. It works fine with other mods as well.
This is the final version, I will not put anything new in the future, I will only update it for all EA TU updates.
