The loan and transfer system has been improved again. The AI is now better at building stronger teams for both the present and the future. You can also borrow players with higher OVR ratings (up to 80 OVR in some cases), whether you’re managing a big or small club. (Updated feature)
Player regens have been nerfed (this has been tested, but exceptions may still occur). (Updated feature)
The amount of money you receive from player sales has been modified again. Previously, you received between 50% – 60% of the sale; now, you will receive between 60% – 70% of the player’s sale. (Updated feature)
The mechanic of a minimum number of playstyles for youth players has been reintroduced. Now all youth players will have at least 1 playstyle again, with a maximum of 7. High-level youth players will even have a chance of a minimum and maximum of 7 playstyles (this mechanic was removed a few versions ago because it stopped working, but it has been restored). Fixed the bug where free agents demanded very low salaries (e.g., 2.2k). (Bug fixed)
The names of Spurs, Man Utd, and Newcastle Utd have been changed to Tottenham, Manchester United, and Newcastle in the league table abbreviations. (New feature)
Player prices have been readjusted again to achieve better balance, especially for older players who were overpriced (compatible with saved games but probably will take effect from the next season). (Updated feature)
Player salaries have been readjusted again, achieving better balance among young prospects with high potential, veterans with high OVR, and various other scenarios (compatible with saved games but probably will take effect from the next season). (Updated feature)
AI behavior for setting release clauses has been adjusted, making them more common for young players, especially in Spain, Italy, and France.
Coach prices have been readjusted as they were too high; now the maximum will be around 40k.
AI behavior during negotiations has been adjusted, introducing more variations, with some AI quickly accepting deals and others negotiating for every last dollar.
The time you have to respond to an offer has been increased, reducing the chances of missing offers due to not seeing them in time.
The minimum number of players per team has been adjusted to 22 to avoid certain bugs.
The issue where you couldn’t loan or sometimes sell players has been fixed.
The behavior of the price informants has been modified, now you will be informed of a much wider estimated price for a player when you want to buy it, so do not always trust the lowest price, it may be false information.
Changed how the Board behaves when setting objectives like winning cups or finishing in specific positions. They now consider your club’s level and what’s realistic. For example, you won’t get a “qualify for Europa League” goal with a mid-table or lower team.
Higher chances of finding expert coaches in the market, especially for top clubs. Around 95% of available coaches for elite teams will be experts and fit your team’s playstyle.
Improved the AI transfer system to make it more realistic. This is the best version so far (though it’ll never be perfect due to code limitations).
Weekly Best XI, Player of the Month, Player of the Season, Player of the Year, and Coach of the Year awards have been reworked to be fairer. Personal stats will matter more, but trophies still count. For example, if you’re just the league’s top scorer and didn’t win anything, you might only get Top Scorer or, at most, Player of the Season.
Transfer budgets were reduced again to make signing players harder. Also, the amount of money carried over to the next season has been cut further.
Adjusted how quickly a player’s overall rating goes up or down. Leveling up takes time (but not too much), and good coaches speed it up. Rating drops are super slow—players won’t lose more than 2 overall points in a season, even if they perform poorly (applies to veterans only).
Squad size limit changed to 60 players to avoid base game bugs (default max is 52).
AI’s starting XI selection system improved again.
Training plans redesigned to focus better on each role.
Making money from transfers, shirt sales, or ticket sales is now almost impossible. Your starting budget each season won’t depend much on club profits until the following season.
Added the ability to upgrade penalties and free kicks to all training plans except goalkeeper.
Lowered the probability of regens over 80 OVR in teams, the probability is now absurdly minimal, so seeing Cristiano Ronaldo’s regen in his first year with 87 average should no longer be possible (Unless this idiot game has more code for regens and doesn’t work properly).
The probability that a promising young player wants to break a contract while still in the academy is now extremely low until they reach 18 years old, after that age the probability increases drastically if you don’t move them up to the first team.
Adjusted the minimum age to upload a promising young player to the linear team, now you can upload them to the linear team from 15 years old.
Adjusted the variation of the players’ potential between 15% that can decrease or increase depending on goals, assists, clean sheets, in general, it depends on the player’s performance.
Readjusted again the amount of favor points with the Directive for losing and winning games to achieve a better balance between challenge and reward.
Adjusted the minimum number of PlayStyles a player must have to be considered eligible to get 2 PlayStyles+ (previously 7, now 5).
The minimum OVR needed for a player to be considered eligible to have PlayStyle+ was readjusted, the minimum for the first PlayStyle+ is 75 OVR and for the second one is 80 OVR, this can be achieved both for a youth player and for an existing player.
The maximum amount of promising players you can bring with an elite scout has been decreased, to achieve a much higher difficulty when filling your team with amazing promising players (before 15, now 10).
Now players if they are very tired their chance of injury will be very high, rotating will be very important to avoid long term injuries (it is recommended to set the energy to “realistic” in the settings when creating the career mode).
Revamped scouting prices for promising young players, they are now more expensive than in past versions, still affordable, but will now require more budget at higher levels.
Changed the maximum age for a player to be considered for loan to 30 years old, and to improve the team by 36 years old.
All international and national cup logos have been licensed, e.g. UEFA Euro Cup, World Cup, Scottish Cup, Dutch Cup, etc.
The following teams have been licensed, AC Milan, Inter Milan, Lazio, Atalanta.
The behavior where the AI rejects an offer for being too low has been adjusted, now the probability of the AI immediately rejecting you an offer for being “insufficient” is very low, so you will no longer be rejected for offering too little money for a player who was worth more.
The difficulty to get Sacked has been readjusted, now you are much more likely to get Sacked if you don’t meet at least 1 national objective, losing constantly can get you banned earlier (this applies to all difficulties and is equally difficult in all of them).
The behavior of the amount of attendance of the public to the matches has been modified, you will no longer see the stadiums completely full if it is snowing or raining very hard, neither will you see them full with clubs of little prestige in different instances, maybe in cups or national league you will have 90% attendance but in Europa League you will have 70% or even 60%.
The amount of money you will receive for the following season has been decreased, no more +100m after moving up from the Championship to the Premier League.
It has changed the system of earning money for shirts, tickets and others, also have become more expensive travel costs, maintenance and others, so you can no longer be in a small club without selling players necessarily to keep the club standing.
The behavior in which the AI chooses which players to renew and for how long has been improved, you should no longer see big players on free agents and the players who contribute the least to the team will sooner or later end up being loaned, sold or have their contracts terminated.
Modified the Sharpness to make the AI match the player.

All the stupid objectives have been removed, only those that are in line with reality have remained.
The probability of low or high quality players in the different regions where we can find promising young players has been modified. This way, we can find talented prospects at position X on the field more frequently in certain regions.
Adjusted the likelihood of certain forms of wearing jerseys or the likelihood of certain goalkeeper gloves or football boots being worn, now much closer to reality (you will see more players with long sleeved jerseys, more original boots, more tight jerseys, etc).
The probabilities in which you will receive a job offer depending on your performance have been adjusted.
Adjusted the ages and the probability depending on the OVR of the player to retire (minimum age is 35 and maximum age is 43).
Morale has been slightly adjusted to make “bench or reserve” players not demand so many minutes and settle for 5-15min in medium or low importance matches, likewise, players with “important or crucial” contracts will demand more minutes in important matches, but they won’t mind if you leave them on the bench or reserve in low importance matches.
Changed the behavior of likes and comments on social networks, now they are more “realistic” numbers (example, Takefusa Kubo to Tottenham = 1m likes and 15k comments).
Now every season you will be able to have 2 more coaches to buy.
The amount of stars that a position asks for has been reduced to be able to complete the power-up threshold with the coaches, Now the maximum number of stars that a position will ask for (e.g. attackers) will be 20 stars.
Changed the amount of days that a club will wait for you to answer their offer for a player of your team, now if you take more than 3 days the AI will withdraw their offer for the player.
Increased the likelihood of recission clauses for young players with good potential, especially this likelihood increases even more with smaller clubs and also depends a lot on the league.
The likelihood of player loans rather than transfers has been increased, as well, teams will improve their squads over time.
Now the last transfer day will last 24 hours, not 10 as in the base game.
It is now possible to lower a player’s salary by up to 20% when he meets the requirements to do so (example, very old).
Contract renewal duration changed to 3 years, and transfer contract duration set to 4 years (both were 2 years in the base game).
Further increased the difficulty to move up from one level to another.
Adjusted the career mode objectives as a player to make them more realistic and not ridiculously impossible as in the base game (example: contribute 60 goals in the season) (This does not apply to a road to glory, if you start in a small team it will be the opposite, you will not be able to move easily from a “HamKam FC” to a “Manchester United”).
Adjusted the amount of points required for the coach to choose you in the starting eleven, now it is much more complex because the margin of error you will have is minimal, so there should no longer be that “permanent starting eleven based on training”.
The necessary % to be able to occupy certain types of playstyles has been adjusted, before it asked for 50% to be able to occupy all the playstyles of the same personality, now it only asks for 35%.
Fixed the bug where we start the career mode with 75 OVR and 75 in all stats just by selecting the basic start of the career mode.

Hey, back in December we had a “career mode overhaul + rating system” when will we get an update fpr the rating system? I loved it sm, especially the adjusted training plans that hit so many attributes
