FC 25: AGT Ultimate All In One Manager Career Tweak [TU14.1]

This is my first mod, created out of frustration with the player growth system in FC 25 Manager Career Mode. While the base game has its merits, I found the player development mechanics too slow and, in some cases, unrealistic. I searched for existing mods to address these issues and found some excellent options, like CM Tweak by RobGrant, which significantly improves player growth and make the game more enjoyable.

If this mod doesn’t meet your expectations or if you’re looking for a more grounded and realistic Career Mode experience but still fun, I highly recommend CM Tweak. However, as of writing this, they are working on compatibility updates following an FC patch, so you may need to wait for their update.

Since I couldn’t find a solution that perfectly aligned with my preferences, I decided to learn modding and create a personalized mod tailored to how I enjoy Career Mode. What began as a simple project to improve player growth quickly evolved into a more comprehensive overhaul with additional tweaks and features.

This mod has become my all-in-one solution, enhancing various aspects of Career Mode for a more enjoyable and engaging experience. While this mod reflects my preferences and playstyle, I hope it offers an improved alternative to the base game for many players. Keep in mind, it might not suit everyone, especially if you’re seeking a more realistic approach.

Feature:

  • Players maintain Very Happy morale, reducing management issues.
  • Enhanced Gameplay Dynamics: Experience more distinct and varied playstyles from different teams or when you use it.
  • Player OVR now dynamically increases or decreases based heavily on match form and performance.
  • AI players also grow based on form but will only slow down, not decrease OVR if they playing badly.
  • Development plans cover more attributes (~16), including Stamina, Curve, Penalties, and Freekicks.
  • Youth players generate with unique, randomized appearances (kits/accessories) and lean/average builds no more fat or stocky build.
  • Youth Goalkeepers and Defenders will generally be taller than in the base game.
  • Youth players now have a higher chance of generating with valuable traits or playstyle, Minimum 4 to 7/8 traitt.
  • Playstyle Boost: Playstyle upgrade has been adjusted. Youth Academy players now upgrade to 75 overall, while non-academy players upgrade to 82.
  • The maximum youth academy squad size has been approximately doubled.
  • The maximum senior squad size has been increased to around 100 players.
  • AI teams now list significantly more players for loan and transfer, including star names.
  • High-rated superstars like Mbappe and Haaland now have a greater chance of moving clubs.
  • AI transfer logic better prioritizes signing players for positions where the team is weak.
  • Loaning mid-tier (70-80 OVR) players is now easier, even if they aren’t listed.
  • Loan deals now have a higher probability of including an optional buy clause.
  • The transfer deadline day now lasts a full 24 hours, giving you more time.
  • (Experimental) Negotiations may have fewer counter-offers (~5), and initial bids might be accepted more easily (Needs Testing!).
  • Team Overall Rating (OVR) now has a much stronger impact on simulated match results.
  • Goalkeepers have improved animations and ability, making them more natural and challenging.
  • Goalkeepers will achieve more realistic clean sheet numbers (around 10+ per season).
  • AI teams now utilize their tactical playstyles (Tiki-Taka, Counter, etc.) much more distinctly.
  • Attackers score more, and midfielders assist more, enhancing attacking realism.
  • The match rating system is revamped, making 10.0 ratings achievable and fairer for all positions.
  • Manager of the Month awards favour teams with top performances (Top 4 / winning streaks).
  • Season awards (Ballon d’Or, TOTS) now weigh form and ratings more heavily than just raw stats.
  • New Manager Career saves will now begin in the 2025/2026 season.
  • Unimportant board objectives are removed focusing primarily on domestic and cup success.
  • You will receive more frequent and varied job offers, even deep into a long-term save.

Please Note: This list covers the major changes, but there might be other smaller tweaks or features I didn’t mention here. With so many changes and additions across the files, it’s possible I’ve forgotten a few!

Here’s a detailed breakdown of what this mod offers:

1. Player Growth & Development
Experience a completely revamped and performance-driven system for player progression.

  • a. Enhanced Player Growth & Form (Core Feature):
    • Form is KING: A player’s current form is now the most crucial factor for growth. Good performances can lead to immediate attribute boosts, while poor form will slow growth or lead to decreases. This applies regardless of age.
    • Sustained Excellence Rewarded: Players need to maintain top form for OVR increases, making progression more challenging but logical.
    • Fairness Across the Board: No more automatic OVR boosts for high-potential youngsters who don’t perform. Every player, young or old, grows or declines based purely on performance.
    • Realistic Decreases: It’s now harder for players to lose OVR. Declines typically only happen after a sustained period of poor performance over several matches, and the drops are less severe.
    • Realistic Increases: Growth is generally easier than decreasing, but always tied to consistent good performance.
    • “n/a Weeks” Explained: If a development plan shows “n/a,” it’s often due to bad form or age. Don’t worry! With this mod, they will still change based on form. Keep playing them, and it will update.
    • Playstyle Boost: Playstyle upgrade has been adjusted. Youth Academy players now upgrade to 75 overall, while non-academy players upgrade to 82.
  • b. Dynamic AI Player Development:
    • AI-controlled players now also experience form-based growth – good performers develop faster.
    • However, to maintain a challenge, AI players will not decrease OVR due to bad form; their growth will simply slow down.
  • c. Improved Development Plans:
    • More Attributes: Plans now cover ~16 attributes (up from 8-9), including stamina for all positions.
    • New Attributes Added: ‘Curve’ added for most outfielders; ‘Penalties’ added for ST/W/CAM; ‘Freekicks’ added for ST/CAM/W/LB/RB.
    • Balanced Plan: This plan has a slightly increased effect – ideal for a quick boost or as a final step after position-specific training.
    • “N/A” Weeks (Plans): If “N/A” persists, try switching plans temporarily. It usually resolves as form/XP changes.

2. Youth Academy
Develop unique, high-quality prospects from your academy.

  • a. Unique Appearances: Youth players generate with randomized kits (sleeves, fit) and accessories. Builds are now limited to thin, lean, and average – no more stocky players.
  • b. Taller Prospects: Goalkeepers and Defenders will generally generate with greater height, though shorter variations are still possible.
  • c. Enhanced GKs: Youth Goalkeepers now have a higher probability of generating with traits.
  • d. Expanded Squad Size: The youth academy limit has been significantly increased (approx. doubled).

3. Transfers & Loans
Engage with a more active, realistic, and unpredictable transfer market.

  • a. Increased Listings: AI teams list many more players for loan and transfer, especially from large squads. Expect to see high-profile players available (e.g., Grealish, Schick).
  • b. Dynamic High-Profile Moves: Top-rated players (Mbappe, Haaland, etc.) can now move clubs, driven by AI logic and team needs.
  • c. Smarter AI Transfers: AI prioritizes transfers based more on positional needs and rewards successful teams with ambition.
  • d. Easier Mid-Tier Loans: Higher chance to loan 70-80 OVR players, even if unlisted.
  • e. Loan-to-Buy Chance: Increased probability of this option in deals.
  • f. Extended Deadline Day: You now have 24 hours.
  • g. Negotiation Changes (Experimental): It’s believed counter-offers are now capped at ~5, and initial offers are less likely to be rejected instantly. Please Note: This feature needs more testing.

4. Gameplay & Simulation
Feel the difference on the pitch and in simulated results.

  • a. Enhanced Sim Logic: Team OVR has a much stronger influence on simulated results. This aims for realistic league tables where top teams perform well, but strong challengers can emerge. Big teams are unlikely to be relegated unless smaller teams build significantly stronger squads.
  • b. Adjusted GK Ability: Goalkeepers have improved saves and animations for a better challenge and more natural feel.
  • c. Improved GK Clean Sheets: GKs should now achieve 10+ clean sheets per season, aiding defender growth while keeping scoring balanced.
  • d. Revamped Playstyles: Each AI tactic (Tiki-Taka, Counter, Wing Play, etc.) feels more distinct and unique in gameplay.
  • e. Enhanced Gameplay Dynamics: Experience more distinct and varied playstyles from different teams and you use.
  • f. Boosted Attacker/Midfielder Output: Attackers score more, and midfielders assist more for a better attacking balance.
  • g. Improved Match Ratings & Form System:
    • It’s now easier to get a 10.0 rating, especially with clean sheets.
    • Good performances are better rewarded.
    • The system allows GKs and Defenders a fairer chance at high ratings.

5. Awards & Recognition
See more deserving players receive accolades.

  • a. Realistic MOTM: Manager of the Month awards now favour high-performing teams (Top 4 / perfect records).
  • b. Improved Season Awards: Awards like the Ballon d’Or and TOTS now weigh consistent high match ratings and form more heavily than just goals/assists. While a non-attacker winning top awards is still challenging due to game limits, this aims for more diverse results.

6. Career Mode Experience
Enjoy various enhancements.

  • a. High Player Morale: Players will generally maintain a “Very Happy” morale status, reducing concerns about contract standoffs or unhappiness, allowing you to focus more on the pitch.
  • b. New Start Date: Careers begin in the 2025/2026 season.
  • c. Streamlined Objectives: Board objectives focus primarily on Cup and League success.
  • d. Increased Max Squad Size: Manage a senior squad of approximately 100 players.
  • e. Improved Job Offers: Receive more varied and frequent job offers, even late into long career saves, from a wider range of clubs.

There may be some changes or feature that  I didn’t elaborate on here, but every tweak in this mod is designed around my personal preferences. If you find this mod unrealistic or not suited to your style, I strongly recommend using CM Tweak by RobGrant, which offers a more realistic Career Mode experience.
I created this mod to make FC 25 Manager Career Mode more enjoyable and less frustrating. I hope it enhances your gameplay experience as much as it has mine.
