Today we have small update – GAME TWEAKER & UPDATES for FIFA 11 PC. This tool will let you choose some setting not exist in-game. Customizing and tweaking in some ways.

+ FROZEN SCREEN reason: low pc with 1GB RAM
(*) Solution: uncheck PERFECT SKIP INTRO
+ Black stadium reason: some stadiums only have 1 condition type (e.g: STADIUM HANGUK: NIGHT ONLY)
(*) Solution: uncheck USE DAY/NIGHT OVERRIDE

+ Fixed FREEZE screen
FOR THOSE WHO GOT FROZEN at CECH screen with GAMERANGER, LOCK RNA.INI and uncheck PERFECT SKIP INTRO

(*) Fast skip intro with LOAD PROFILE.

(*) This option will override time condition in game, with a box ticked, the game will use your setting.
(*) There are 4 (Sunny, Overcast, Night and Dusk). Some stadiums DO NOT support NIGHT/DUSK, please set SUNNY for best setting or use it at your own risk.
(*) To restore original, exit game, uncheck and SAVE.

======INTRODUCTION

=======INSTALLATION
* For Windows Vista/7 user, please set RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR .
– Install to FIFA 11 PC folder
– Click on GAME TWEAKER icon on desktop to launch.
======HOW TO USE
1) Launch TOOL
2) Set FIFA 11 PC
3) Choose Setting
4) Click SAVED
5) Start GAME from desktop icon or click START
6) Once SETTING SAVED, you can exit TOOL
7) Keep TOOL running if you want to use HOTKEY to exit game.
======IMPORTANT
*** For SKIP_BOOTFLOW
+ CHECKED: the game will use DEFAULT profile, you can pass to ARENA, but you can’t SAVE or LOAD profile. Moreover, all
others setting not visible. NOT RECOMMENDED.
*** Weather feature: if game menu says “RAINY”, with SUNNY set, you will play match with NO 3D RAIN EFFECT. The game is
rainy in deed.
======ADVANCED SETTING
– You can type your code to “ADD-ON CODE”
======UNINSTALL
– Delete RNA.INI at FIFA 11 PC\Game\

Plz, We need something too important, with keyboard we cant change controls in game, such as Manual change player, manual pass ….. Because with keyboard when we enter at that options the game reponse with bug, let this soft to change that plz.

Try installing latest .NET FRAMEWORK, the fifaconfig will work 😀
I have latest netframework but fifaconfig still don’t work…do you have any advice. BTW…Great job moding.

MMMONkey please create a patch that takes this terrible lag on fifa 11 .. I set everything on lowest and lag persists .. I’ve seen in forums here in Brazil and other countries that many are having the same problem! Most!

But when you have rna.ini in game folder then you can´t play on LAN with keyboard. I need to use weather override, is it possible to use it without rna.ini ?
ADMIN: unfortunately no, you can set GAME SETTING in LAN man, and do not use TWEAKER.

ADMIN: Before starting MM, you have the choice to choose stadium. I know you want it every match, unfortunately, we can’t.

thankx it s work great just a i find a problem wiht scoretime is not in corner like demo and if th eplayer is close to it dosent dispaire and hide the player this is in la liga but other league like english the scoretime is in corner and work fine

The rna.ini does not appear after the install. I use windows 7 and ran as administrator. What’s going on?

In LAN game you can set only time of half, game speed but you can´t set weather. Or yes?

Because you DID NOT set CORRECT FIFA 11 PC path in the textbox. This thing is at README. Before throwing us those word, please READ READ AGAIN ! We’re really upset with those guys never and never know how to read README.
strange, i have the rna.ini file with this options

and nothing appends… i just dont have replays the rest is all there!
im using the last tweaker 0.8… i still have all the intros and stuff 🙁
Same options in the rna.ini file than comment above and i get stuck on the “legal screen”.
I tried to set it to 1, same issue.
I removed it, the game launch as usual (but with all waiting crap)

you don’t know what that means ? They disable EA LOGO TRANSITION and CINEMATICS + REPLAY
Maybe i was not clear enough. When i said “same options”, i meant also values (all to 1 except one)…
I just wanted to highlight that :
– LEGAL_SCREEN_DISPLAY_TIME is the command that make FIFA freeze on legal screen (my case at least, after language selection)
– By changing its value (i guess it’s seconds), same result.
– By removing it, works like normal FIFA.
Conclusion : either these commands (SKIP_NIS, DISABLE_NIS_PLAYBACK,LEGAL_SCREEN_DISPLAY_TIME) have to be used in combination, or the 2 first are useless …

the new “skip intro with load profile” doesn’t work for me.It does exactly what it did without the “skip bootflow” and infinitely loads on a black screen.
Why is that? Has anyone tried it?

Monkey, I discovered that my lag (terrible lag) is caused by the audio fifa 11. When I disater it using the “game tweaker” my lag stops!” But playing without audio is like watching Brazil vs Argentina on TV without audio! Please have no solution to play with audio and without lag? Thanks NICE WORK!

i am not able to make ground cross even after tapping the cross button quickly 3 times.i was able to do it easily in fifa 09.also not able to change direction when making a lob shot during penalty kick , it goes straight in keepers hand.
is there a patch or way to edit files so that ground crosses can be made easier?

Type the location of the fifa folder in the box that says
‘Enter FIFA 11 PC path here. E.g: C:\FIFA 11\’
All it does is just replace what I typed with that same wanky message.
