This is a personal project for easier team/player management in manager career. It’s a career mod that is not realistic, but it makes the most sense in this channel.
Gameplay Changes
- Improved marking intelligence below 81 rating (100%)
- Penalty Kick Playable Highlights replaced with Solo highlights. (100%)
Turn down the goalkeeper sliders for both you and CPU. Without PK’s, ties are much more likely if not adjusted for.
Manager Career Changes
- Massive increase to speed of balanced training plan to develop players faster (100%)
- Job offers last 30 days instead of 3 (80%)
- Significant rebalance of player happiness and expected playtime. Now, non-starters require much less time on the pitch. Also higher emphasis on playtime than starting chances (98%)
- Required coaching stars max 20 (80%)
- Not compatible with No PKs mod because its already included
Possible Impacts
- Less likely to retire early (25%)
- No injuries during sim (15%)
- Less players requesting critical and important roles (5%)
- Slightly smarter CPU team sheets
