Installation
Download folder and extract file into your PC/Documents/Fifa23/Settings. Then when you are in the game, go to Customise – Profile – Load Squads. THEN you have to start a new career, when you do so you will be asked which squads to use, select ‘Current Squads’.
Make sure when the zip folder is extracted, that you remove the file from the folder and place the file into the fifa Settings folder. If the file remains inside the extracted folder, it might not work.
MOD FEATURES
This mod has more than one file, the below is a detail of each file and what is contains. Look at the top post in the comments for a list of players and where each icon/edited player/created player is.
Men’s Teams Revised: This file contains edited players, vast number of existing big name players have had their ages reduced to 18, ageing players have been edited in the same way. Brought back Bale, Pique, Ribery and Luis Suarez from retirement. Added Icons & Heroes but only those who were playing from the year 2000 onwards. Updated the top 5 leagues with newly relegated/promoted clubs.
Old Icons Revised: This file is exactly the same as above but with all icons and heroes regardless of when they retired.
Women’s Teams Revised: This file includes everything mentioned above. It removes the men’s duplicate teams from the Premier League e.g. Man United, Arsenal etc. so only the women’s version of each team remain in the Premier League and puts the men’s teams into the Saudi League.I have also done this with PSG, Lyon and Real Madrid which are also in the Saudi League.
This file also adds all women’s teams from the French league, WSL and US League into career mode. WSL and French women teams are separated across the Premier League/Championship & Ligue 1/2 respectively,. The US teams, Women’s version of Real Madrid, Juventus and Wolfsburg are in their respective leagues also.
I’ve added players from international squads who aren’t part of a club in the game such as Putellas, Rolfo etc. These players are all in FREE AGENTS. I have also added a bunch of new players from the World Cup update, these players are either in the Real Madrid, Free Agents, Juventus or Wolfsburg female teams.
Custom Icons (This is a Fifa Mod Manager file): This folder includes a small number of created players with head assets taken from previous Fifa games and adds old Icons Fifa removed from the game. The following players now have accurate head assets and are included in this folder:
Andres Iniesta, Arjen Robben, Carlos Tevez, Sergio Aguero, Filippo Inzaghi, Deco, Ryan Giggs, Diego Maradona, Ezequiel Lavezzi, Jack Wilshere, Daniel Sturridge, Fabian Delph, Aaron Lennon, Jakub Blasczykowski, Marcelo, Pablo Zabaleta, Ricardo Quaresma, Tim Howard, David Villa, Daniele de Rossi, Hulk, Blaise Matuidi, Arturo Vidal, Arda Turan.
I have not created minifaces for these players. I have no plans to do so for this version but will try to for EAFC 24.
This is a test for a much larger file that will be created for EAFC 24 and will include about 60 player assets using this method taken from Fifa 20-23. The folder includes 2 files – 1 is a normal squad file, the other is a Fifa Mod Manager file. I’ve never published a Fifa Mod Manager file before so if anything is wrong please tell me. I cannot confirm if this Mod Manager file works with others files.
EAFC 24 – if you want any retired players adding into EAFC 24 let me know and I’ll add them to my list (I’m on 60 so far) but they have to have retired since Fifa 20.
Icon & Hero Players in Career Mode
All Icon and hero players have been added to Career mode. Read above for details on what file contains what as each are slightly different.
The mod will edit Icons and Hero players to appropriately fit into the game, meaning their overall rating will be reduced slightly so they won’t all have a rating of 98 from the start, but will have potentials that range from 90-98. The age of each of these players and their attributes will be edited where necessary, some Icon/Hero players I like to set their starting age as 18 with a lower Ovr rating so you can have them grow into your squad.
Female Players
All Women’s Teams clubs have been added into career mode. I have also added a number of female players that are not linked to a club in the game like the highest rated Swedish national team and Spain national team players as Free Agents. These players have been edited/de-aged etc where necessary.
Edited Existing Players
Over 300 existing players have been edited, already in the game, especially old players, These have been edited in various ways including:
– Age
– Player Attributes like Stamina, Pace etc.
– Work Rate
Created Players
The following players will be added to the game through future updates, if they are highlighted in BOLD it means they have been added and be available in the next published update. All players are made with Fifa’s In-game editor, so I will do my best to make them as similar as possible but will not look great. Please do not post stupid comments about their appearance, I do not care. In addition to these players a dozen players have been added with real head assets – Look at top post in comments for details.
