The much awaited winter database update for the 12/13 season is here! The database contains all the January transfers of 2013 plus the latest February transfers!
To get your official Winter Transfers for FIFA 13 just go to your Origin, open FIFA 13, select Customise Fifa > Edit teams > Change squads/rosters > Download Updates
If you have server connection issues you can download the updated database file down bellow thanks to Darrek1988.
Remember that this database file update is not compatible with any database mods and you must start a new career after you apply this database!

I have a problem with regenerating this file, when it opens there are many options named (Data0,Data1,…..) and some of them are colored green and red, I don’t which option to choose? the Data0 or Data 1 or ….and how to activate it?? with making it Green or making it Red ???

just download fhl-bh edition then double click it u will see a option regenerate all files(take care of extern files) in the left pane let it finish nd ur done.Enjoy !!!
Hello,I play whit Fulham,but there doesn’t have Fimpong,Manolev,Emanuelson and other.In Norwich again,why and will u fix it?
let them all green all data after you go and after you finish you exit tabs removed and ready
These transfers are from the official winter database update from EA. We may release a final database update made by us at the end of this month.

Why I cant use this patch in “Career mode” only Kick off and else..?

i have installed both files to data/db folder.but no effect. & also used i68Regenerat but same result . nothing change.. please help
